UNDERSANDING THE 1 WEEK FREE TRIAL / SERVICE PAYMENTS
Clients can use the CDL Profit Trainer app during enrollment training and the free trial. After the free trial ends, they must activate their Dashboard service to start using their selected app service. This requires the one-year service payment.
If a client needs $6,500 to enroll, here are some simple options you can point them to (U.S.-based):

By submitting this service payment, you confirm that you understand and agree to these payment terms.
Payment verification usually takes up to 24 hours. Once the full amount is verified, your commission is sent via Zelle. If the client hasn’t paid the full $6,500, commissions are withheld and services are put on hold until paid in full. This service is non-refundable.

- After 20 load submissions, the system automatically deactivates the client's service. To regain access, the client must activate their one-year service through you (their Agent).
- The “S” column shows the client’s total load submissions.
- When the client reaches 20 loads and contacts you, send the service payment text link and stay on the phone.
- Have the client text you a photo of the Zelle payment confirmation with the confirmation number visible. Use that information to enter their payment details and reactivate their service.
CLIENT SERVICE - PAYMENT OPTIONS - (OPEN / CLOSE)
If a client needs $6,500 to enroll, here are some simple options you can point them to (U.S.-based):
- Personal Loan from Their Bank or Credit Union
- Ask for a small personal loan for about $6,500.
- Fixed monthly payment until it’s paid off.
- Online Personal Loan Lenders
- Clients can apply with trusted online lenders for a $6,500 personal loan.
- Money is deposited to their bank, and they use it to pay their enrollment.
- Credit Card / 0% Intro Offer
- If they want to use a credit card, they’ll need to first move funds to their bank account (e.g., personal loan or cash advance—fees may apply), then send the Zelle payment from that account.
- If they qualify for a card with a 0% intro APR, they may be able to pay it off over time with no interest during the promo period.
- WE ARE WORKING ON ADDING FINANCING OPTIONS FOR CLIENTS TO CHOOSE FROM IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

- This service payment only covers the client’s selected online dashboard service, which includes the connected app for that service and your assistance as their Agent. This program is a one-year commitment.
- You understand this is a non-refundable service, and if your payment is not made in full, your selected services will be placed on hold until the full amount is paid.
- At the end of your service term, we’ll contact you by phone and/or SMS text to renew your one-year selected service.
- This service payment is only for your one-year selected service. It does not include any Operating Authority fees, which are handled by other service providers. (Operating Authority is the set of fees required to establish your own independent trucking company.)
