The clients listed below have already downloaded the app and now need you to complete their Enrollment Training. They already have your contact information, so text them first to introduce yourself (for example: “Eye1 – David”), then call to confirm and schedule their training time.

• After you complete the client's Enrollment Training UPDATE the client's Status, click EDIT, uncheck the TRAINING checkbox, then click MODIFY.

Click on the Training Button to begin walking your clients through their enrollment training.
The “S” shows the client’s total load submissions. Once you update their training status, all loads will be automatically deleted.

AFTER THE CLIENT COMPLETES ENROLLMENT TRAINING - 1 WEEK SELF-TRAINING FREE TRAIL STARTS
After training, the client should start using the app for their daily self-training. The goal is for them to get comfortable using it on their own. Let them know you’ll check back in about a week to see how they’re doing, and if they have any questions, they can simply text you.

THE CLIENT 1 WEEK FREE TRIAL APP ACCESS

• Each client has access to the CDL Profit Trainer app for a 1-WEEK FREE TRIAL (up to 20 load submissions) for their daily self-training. These clients do not have dashboard access yet. The 20 load submissions are designed to build their need for the service and their “addiction to learn.”
• After 20 loads, the system will automatically deactivate their service. At that point, the client must make the service payment to log back into the app and begin their one-year service. For Owner Operators who want to start using the Owner Operators app immediately, their service payment must be submitted first.
